Keith Henkel, CEO/Founder

Keith Henkel is the CEO and founder of Insight Ecosystems. He has over twenty-four years of experience building and delivering pioneering products for the financial services industry.

Before founding Insight Ecosystems Keith was the CTO of Acxiom Corporation's database marketing business where he led teams providing some of the largest databases in the world to a client list of the largest financial institutions in the world. He was also responsible for Acxiom's core data integration technologies which integrate over 60 billion records of data each month, and he spearheaded the development of the first real-time marketing solution for the financial services industry. Before Acxiom, Keith was a Managing Director at ALLTEL Information Services (now Fidelity Information Services). He was responsible for the development of their Information Warehouse solution as well as the development of the industry's very first integrated retail delivery solution, Service Delivery, that supported call centers, branch sales and service, teller, and internet banking. The success of the product suite was recognized by the Microsoft Industry Solutions Award, Information Engineering Consortium InfoVision Award, and Call Center Solutions Award for best call center product. Keith started his career at Systematics, Inc. where he built the first PC-based Asset/Liability Management system. Keith holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee.

John Lee, Chief Operating Officer

John Lee spent more than 22 years leading information technology teams in delivering highly effective database solutions for Acxiom Corporation. Prior to joining Insight Ecosystems, John held a full spectrum of client-facing roles, including leading customer service teams serving Citicorp, Niemen Marcus, Dillard's, Allstate, Wal-Mart, Disney, Prudential, Hartford, and the Texas Department of Insurance. He led the development of solutions in the Telecommunication, Publishing, High-tech, and Healthcare Information industries. John led business units in Financial Services, Retail, Insurance, Healthcare, and Pharmaceutical Marketing industry segments. John was also the vice-chairman and CEO of a joint venture between Acxiom and the American Medical Association. Regardless of the industry or the complexity of the client's needs, John insured long lasting relationships were developed through clear and well defined expectations, collaborative program management, and candid communication. John's leadership style not only ensured his customers' expectations were met or exceeded, but also that teams of employees stayed with the company for many years. John is a U.S. Army Aviator Veteran. He received his degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, International Campus in Mannheim, Germany.

Bum Lee, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer

Bum has over 25 years of experience in establishing and maintaining solid customer relationships within the Information Technology industry. Prior to joining Insight Ecosystems, Bum served as a Senior Vice President for Fidelity National Information Services. Bum formed a national sales team responsible for developing integrated solution comprised of the capabilities of more than 10 acquired companies now a part of Fidelity. These solutions not only provide Fidelities core processing offering, but a full spectrum of services including Item Processing, Debit/Credit card processing, Rewards program, Payment processing, ATM software, Risk Solutions, BPO and ITO services. Prior to developing the nation sales team, Bum was Vice President of new sales, North America for Alltel Information Services (which has since been purchased by Fidelity Information Services). He and his team would assess the prospect's environment and then propose a range of customized solutions. Using this process, the team both formed lasting relationships and provided solutions for USAA, Mellon Bank, E*TRADE, Charles Schwab, and others financial institutions with a national presence. He also did the same for regional banks including Bancorp South, Hancock Bank, Colonial Bank, Compass Bank, and RBC Centura. As Vice President of sales and sales support for Asia, Bum had leadership responsibilities for all sales resources allocation to the region. He personally negotiated and finalized contracts with banks in Thailand, the Philippines, and South Korea.

Regardless of the title or position, Bum's passion has always been to develop a client relationship and not just a sale. This characteristic has been seen in his unrelenting drive to thoroughly understand the client' needs, desires, and resources prior to offering any elements of a possible solution. Bum worked as a sales executive, sales and marketing manager, business development executive and business unit leader for Acxiom and IBM in the Banking, Insurance, and Healthcare industry segments. Bum received an engineering degree from Mississippi State University.
