Dashboard

With only a quick glance the dashboard provides you with an immediate understanding of the health of your business. Its rich visual display of information includes charts and graphs of business insight. Simply click on a chart to drill into an underlying, interactive detailed report and understand what factors are contributing to good or bad performance.

Scorecard

As part of the dashboard, the scorecard lists essential metrics, called key performance indicators (KPIs), that empower you in making decisions and in driving your organization. Each KPI consists of the current value, your business goal, and the current status and trend of your progress. We tailor your scorecard specifically to meet your needs. Common examples include KPIs for average customer contribution, customer retention, cross sell ratio, return on assets, and efficiency ratio.
